- For all purchases, Waltana will provide an exchange or refund within 14 days after delivery, provided that the merchandise has not been worn or altered and was not a special-ordered.

- If the watch is opened during the 14 days after delivery, the return will not be accepted.

- All claims and returns must be accompanied by the item purchased, the invoice, the original watch box, and the warranty materials, to be valid.

- It is highly recommended that the return shipment, at your entire cost, is insured.

- As soon as the invoice is paid in full , the delivery company information will be provided in the Order Confirmation email, along with the tracking information, whenever available.

- The worldwide shipment, insured at its full value, will entail additional costs, and any customs fees are under the responsibility of the buyer.

- We are not responsible for any carrier’s delay.

- Warranty: We do not provide any additional warranty on pre-owned watches. The manufacturer's warranty may still be valid or serve as proof of the watch's authenticity. The manufacturer's warranty certificate retains the watch's value even if it has expired.

- VAT is not included for destinations outside of Switzerland. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any import taxes in your delivery country.

- The export value on the carrier's documentation will correspond to the amount paid.
