About Omega : Founded in 1848 in Switzerland, Omega is one of the most prestigious and innovative watch brands in the world. Known for its precision, the brand has equipped NASA missions and served as official timekeeper of the Olympic Games.

About the Speedmaster : Introduced in 1964, the reference 105.012 marks a defining moment in Speedmaster history: the first execution of the asymmetrical case with integrated crown and pusher guards, and the first Speedmaster dial to carry the "Professional" designation. Powered by the hand-wound Caliber 321, it was the reference selected for NASA's Gemini and Apollo missions, worn by Buzz Aldrin during the Apollo 11 moonwalk in July 1969. Predating the commemorative "First Watch Worn on the Moon" caseback engraving found on later models, the 105.012 holds pre-Moon status among collectors — a direct link to the Speedmaster's origins as the original Moonwatch.
