About Audemars Piguet :  Founded in 1875 in Le Brassus, deep in the Vallée de Joux, Audemars Piguet remains one of the last major watchmakers still owned by its founding families. That independence has shaped a reputation for technical ambition: the marque was among the earliest houses to produce minute repeaters, perpetual calendars, and skeleton wristwatches, at a time when such complications were still rare. Its defining moment came in 1972, when the steel Royal Oak reimagined what a luxury sports watch could be, and later the Royal Oak Offshore pushed that idea further with bolder proportions and materials. Today, Audemars Piguet is held among the "Holy Trinity" of Swiss haute horlogerie, alongside Patek Philippe and Vacheron Constantin.

About the Royal Oak Offshore : the brand introduced the Royal Oak Offshore in 1993, marking the bold evolution of the original Royal Oak into a more powerful, sport-driven icon. Larger, more robust, and unapologetically modern, the Offshore pushed boundaries with its oversized case, rubber accents, and technical aesthetic. Designed for those seeking a more extreme interpretation of luxury sports watchmaking, it quickly became a symbol of strength and contemporary style. Today, the Royal Oak Offshore stands as one of AP’s most distinctive and influential collections.
