Living in the EU or elsewhere outside Switzerland? You can buy from Waltana in three ways, depending on how you would like to receive your watch.

1. Delivery to your home country

We ship worldwide, fully insured and tracked. Swiss VAT is deducted from your invoice, and the import duties and taxes of your country apply on arrival. How our international shipping works.

2. Collection in Switzerland

If you live near the border or are travelling to Switzerland, you can collect your watch at one of our pick-up points in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Luzern, Lugano, Zürich or Winterthur. The exact address is shared once your purchase is confirmed. The price includes Swiss VAT of 8,1%.

3. Tax-free purchase in person

If you collect your watch in Switzerland and take it abroad yourself, we provide the export documents you need to recover the Swiss VAT. See our Tax Free page for the conditions.
